These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Wondrify platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Platform

Wondrify is an online platform for organizing and participating in activities (workshops, courses, training sessions, etc.). The platform provides services:

  • For authors: tools for creating, managing, and promoting activities
  • For participants: searching and booking activities

2. Services and Delivery

2.1. Subscriptions (Plans)

Authors can purchase subscriptions to access advanced features:

  • Starter: free plan with basic features
  • Pro: extended capabilities for active authors
  • Business: full toolkit for businesses

Subscriptions are activated instantly upon successful payment.

2.2. Promotion Services

The platform provides activity promotion services:

  • Featured placement
  • Social media advertising
  • Email campaigns

Promotion services are delivered during the selected period after payment.

2.3. Activity Participation

Participants pay the activity price set by the author. Access to the activity is provided according to the description and scheduled date.

3. Payment Methods

Payments on the platform are processed through:

  • WayForPay — Visa and MasterCard payments

All payments are secured according to PCI DSS standards.

4. Service Geography

Platform services are available to users from:

  • Ukraine
  • Other countries (with restrictions for some payment methods)

Digital services are provided online and do not require physical delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not post content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Not distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
  • Not mislead other users

6. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for:

  • Security of their account and password
  • Accuracy of provided information
  • Compliance with these terms of use

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the platform, including text, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit such materials without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. Wondrify does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wondrify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

Wondrify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the interface or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
