Does Wondrify charge a commission on activity bookings?
No. Wondrify does not charge any commission on bookings. Authors keep 100% of the booking price paid by participants. The platform charges only a subscription fee for access to advanced features.
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating an account on Wondrify is completely free. You can sign up, browse activities, and create your first activity at no cost.
Who can create activities on Wondrify?
Any registered user can create activities. Depending on your plan, you may have access to additional features such as promotion, team management, and advanced analytics.
Bookings and Payments
How do I book an activity?
Find an activity you like, select a suitable time slot, and click "Book". Follow the instructions to enter participant details and complete the payment if the activity is paid.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking according to the organizer's cancellation policy. The refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.
What payment methods are supported?
We support online payments via WayForPay (Visa and MasterCard). Some organizers may also accept cash or bank transfers — this is specified in the activity details.
Subscriptions
What subscription plans are available?
We offer different plans:
- Free — free plan with basic features
- Personal — extended capabilities for active authors
- Business — full toolkit for companies and teams

Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
