Activity Requirements
Before submitting your activity for review, please ensure it meets all the technical and quality criteria listed below. Moderators review every application based on these points.
1. Title
- Requirement: This field must be filled in.
- Length: Minimum 3 characters, maximum 120 characters.
- Clarity: The title should clearly reflect the format and theme of the activity.
- Style: Avoid using CAPS LOCK, excessive punctuation (!!!), and clickbait slogans.
2. Language
- Consistency: The communication language selected in the settings must match the language used in the title and description.
3. Description
- Substance: The text must describe the process in detail: what exactly participants will do and what results or emotions they will experience.
- No Placeholders: Drafts with text like "will add later" or a set of random characters will be rejected.
4. Category
- Accuracy: The category must most accurately characterize the main type of activity being offered.
5. Location
- Offline: Provide a precise address. Use the "Location Comment" field to describe landmarks (entrance number, intercom code, or meeting pointers).
- Online: For remote events, the "Online" status must be selected.
6. Duration & Capacity
- Duration: A realistic duration must be specified (greater than 0 minutes).
- Capacity: Minimum 1 participant. The maximum number of guests should correspond to the venue's capacity or the host's resources.
7. Price
- Transparency: Entered as a number from 0 and up. Negative values are not allowed.
- All-Inclusive: If the activity involves additional payments on-site, they must be honestly stated in the corresponding field of the draft.
8. Images
- Quality: It is highly recommended to use photos with a resolution of at least 800 × 600 px.
- Relevance: Images must directly relate to the proposed activity and must not mislead the user regarding the location or conditions of the event.
Review Process
After submission, a moderator will review the draft within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification regarding publication or a request for revision with specific comments.
