Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Activities

A participant may request a refund in the following cases:

Cancellation by author: If the author cancels an activity, the participant will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Technical issues: If an activity cannot be conducted due to technical reasons, a reschedule or refund will be offered.

Participant request: A participant may request a refund before the activity begins. The refund will be full if requested 24 hours before the start. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed.

2. Refund Processing

Refund processing can take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment system.

3. Subscription Refunds (Pro/Business)

Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew in the next calendar month.

4. Disputed Refunds

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, contact our support team. We will review each case individually and attempt to find a fair resolution.

5. Platform Fee Refunds

If an activity is canceled or refunded, the platform fee is not refunded separately. Only the activity cost is refunded to the participant.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to "My Bookings"
  2. Find the activity
  3. Click "Request Refund"
  4. Provide the reason for refund
  5. Submit the request
