Refund Policy

This policy defines the terms and procedures for refunds for services purchased on the Wondrify platform.

1. General Provisions

The Wondrify platform provides digital services including:

  • Subscriptions (Plans) for activity authors
  • Activity promotion services
  • Participation in activities

2. Subscription (Plan) Refunds

2.1. Refund Conditions

A refund for a subscription is possible within 14 days of payment if:

  • Subscription services have not been used
  • No activities have been created under the subscription
  • A refund request is submitted through your account

2.2. Non-Refundable Cases

A subscription refund will not be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since payment
  • Subscription services have been actively used
  • The subscription was provided at a discount or as part of a promotion

2.3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Automatic renewal will not occur
  • No refund is provided for the unused period

3. Promotion Service Refunds

3.1. Before Service Starts

A full refund is available if the request is submitted before the promotion service begins.

3.2. After Service Starts

Once the promotion service has started, no refund is provided as the service is considered delivered.

4. Activity Participation Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by Author

If the author cancels an activity, the participant receives a full refund within 5-10 business days.

4.2. Cancellation by Participant

  • 24 hours or more before start: full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: refund not guaranteed, decided on a case-by-case basis

4.3. Technical Issues

If an activity cannot be conducted due to platform technical issues, rescheduling or a full refund is offered.

5. Refund Process

5.1. How to Request

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Payments"
  3. Select the transaction
  4. Click "Request Refund"
  5. Provide the reason
  6. Submit the request

5.2. Request Review

Requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified of the result via email.

5.3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after refund approval.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact support at support@wondrify.com. Each case is reviewed individually.
