Public Offer

This public offer (hereinafter - "Offer") regulates the terms of use of the Wondrify platform and the provision of services to its users (hereinafter - "Users").

1. Definitions

Platform: The Wondrify website and mobile app offering services for organizing and conducting activities.

Author: A user who posts activities on the platform to generate income.

Participant: A user who pays for and participates in an activity.

Service: Software and services for organizing online and offline activities.

2. Rights and Obligations

Platform Rights:

Display content on the platform
Moderate content
Remove content violating rules
Modify terms of use

Platform Obligations:

Ensure service availability
Protect user personal data
Process payments timely
Provide technical support

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through WayToPay and Stripe payment systems.
Participant pays the full cost of activity in the author's currency.
Authors pay platform commission for each activity.
Refunds are processed according to the Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The author retains all rights to materials posted on the platform. The platform receives the right to use posted materials to improve the service with proper attribution.

5. Liability

The platform is not liable for:

Quality of activities conducted by authors
Actions or inactions of users
Direct or indirect damages arising from platform use

6. Final Provisions

This offer is valid until user account closure
Platform reserves right to modify terms with notice
Disputes are resolved under Ukraine law

Registration and use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
