Public Offer Agreement

This public offer (hereinafter — "Offer") is an official proposal by FOP Kirzyk Anton Gennadiyovych (hereinafter — "Provider") to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Terms and Definitions
Platform — the Wondrify website and mobile application located at wondrify.com.
Customer — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer and uses the platform's services.
Author — a Customer who posts activities on the platform to generate income.
Participant — a Customer who pays for and participates in activities.
Services — digital services provided through the platform.
1.2. Acceptance of Offer
This offer is accepted by:
- Registering on the platform
- Paying for any service on the platform
Acceptance of the offer constitutes full agreement to all its terms.
2. Subject of Agreement
2.1. The Provider offers the following services to the Customer:
For authors:
- Posting activities on the platform
- Subscriptions (Plans) with advanced features
- Activity promotion services
- Processing payments from participants
For participants:
- Searching and booking activities
- Paying for activity participation
2.2. Services are provided remotely via the Internet.
3. Service Pricing and Payment
3.1. Subscription Pricing
Current subscription prices are listed on the platform's pricing page.
3.2. Promotion Service Pricing
Pricing depends on the selected promotion package and is indicated during checkout.
3.3. Platform Commission
The platform retains a commission from activity payments. Commission rates depend on the author's plan.
3.4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through:
- WayForPay — Visa and MasterCard payments
3.5. Payment Confirmation
A service is considered paid upon receipt of funds to the Provider's account.
4. Service Delivery
4.1. Subscriptions
- Activated instantly upon successful payment
- Valid for the paid period
- Automatically renewed unless cancelled
4.2. Promotion Services
- Delivered during the selected period
- Begin after payment confirmation
- Results may vary depending on content
4.3. Activity Participation
- Access is provided according to the activity description and date
- The author is responsible for conducting the activity
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. Provider Obligations:
- Ensure platform functionality
- Process payments promptly
- Provide technical support
- Protect Customer personal data
5.2. Provider Rights:
- Moderate content on the platform
- Remove content that violates rules
- Suspend or block violator accounts
- Modify offer terms with notice
5.3. Customer Obligations:
- Provide accurate information
- Follow platform rules
- Pay for services promptly
- Not violate other users' rights
5.4. Customer Rights:
- Use services according to terms
- Receive technical support
- Request refunds according to policy
6. Refunds
Refund conditions are defined in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this offer.
7. Liability
7.1. The Provider is not liable for:
- Quality of activities conducted by authors
- Actions or inactions of users
- Technical failures caused by third parties
- Indirect damages arising from platform use
7.2. Limitation of Liability
The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for services.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this offer.
9. Force Majeure
Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, government decisions, etc.).
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached — in accordance with Ukrainian law.
11. Term and Modifications
11.1. Term
This offer is valid from the moment of acceptance until the Customer's account deletion or contract termination.
11.2. Modifications
The Provider may modify offer terms. The new version takes effect 10 days after publication on the platform.
